A walk

A wood, public gardens or your own private one; places where you can be in nature are ideal to go for a walk, meditate, reflect and relax. Not when you are doing sport but just strolling along, becoming aware of everything around you and what it means to you.

If you do not have a park near you and you are in an office, you can use your imagination. In the photo you will see a path in a wood. Here you can only hear the birds and the sound of the wind. The path is as long and winding as you want to imagine it. You come across narrow footpaths that will take you to the full view of the wood and finally to a clearing from which you have a magnificent view of everything around you. Here you can be with yourself. Nobody interrupts you. Your state of being, whatever it may be, will calm down. Now, in this quietness with light and shadows, it is easier to see where you want to be. Let go what does not serve you and you will see more clearly. Do not rush. Take your time. Everything comes at its appropriate time. The key is to know where you want to be. No one can give you that.
