Greetings and wishes of wellbeing
Distractions – spot them and move on. Don´t stay with them.
What others do is their responsibility. Don´t worry about it. Make sure you are not affected by them. Everything has a purpose, and it is done for a reason. (This is what my Higher Self told me a year ago).
(And this is what I decided to do with the advice). My purpose is to take care of what I am supposed to do. If other people do not behave the way I would, they have a different programme. I´ll make sure I´m in my centre and what I do is correct; so what follows is what I am here to do. Others will do what they are inclined to do. All is well. Blockages and distractions will disappear when I am not bothered about them.
It´s a year later now. I am still following the guidance I get from my heart. How about you? Do you allow yourself enough time in silence to calm the mind? We can hear our heart when our mind is still. Meditation is a good tool.
