When we look in a mirror, we see our reflection. This reflection can have many variations according to the thoughts we are having at that moment or the thoughts that are always there. We are all mirrors of each other. When we look at another person, what do we see? What do we think? What do we say? This is an important observation, because the answers we receive are exactly what we have inside ourselves: that is to say, what we have in us at that moment, perhaps filed in some hidden, forgotten corner of ourselves. If the answers benefit and please us, let them grow. But if not, we must do something to improve our reflection. In this way we create harmony in our lives, in our health and in our environment.
We must remember: we are what we think.
