I have always been a teacher and facilitator. I enjoy helping to create positive change in others and watching their tremendous feeling of joy as they reach their goals.
I have been leading groups since 1985, working with people from different backgrounds, including some with very difficult and traumatic issues.
CREATING SUCCESSFUL SUPPORT FRAMEWORKS
Some of my most challenging and rewarding voluntary work has been for Distress Line in Canada and then the Samaritans, its equivalent, in England, which I did for 20 years.
I facilitated resilience building and stress management courses in and out of prisons in England and Spain for 10 years.
I have been delivering personal development courses since 2000. Guiding people to help themselves is what drives me. So witnessing people find success at the courses that I’ve run on personal development has been really satisfying for them and also for me.
