A few weeks ago, a young woman asked me to help her. Her biggest problem was self-esteem. Later she wrote thanking me for my help. I asked her permission to share her thoughts if she could summarize what she had said in a few words. This is the reply she sent me: “I used to have very low self-esteem, but since working with Adelita, I feel great. My self-esteem has grown so much that I´m capable of anything, relations with my family, friends, colleagues, etc. I have improved a lot since and feel so good that others can see it.”
After finishing our consultations, she wrote to tell me something and added: “I really am a different person, I would have not imagined that it would be so easy to change one´s perspective of life. Now I enjoy everything and everyone around me.”
This is why I´m sharing this. I think it may help many people. It´s not necessary to put up with things and suffer. Everything is possible. Seeking help is the smartest thing to do when we feel something is wrong.
