For the first time in weeks I can see a clear blue sky, a half-moon, a plane flying high and the birds flying low. Everything is quiet and peaceful. All my senses feel relaxed. This brings to mind that unless we experience something, we cannot understand it completely. When people say, “I know what you mean”, do they really? No, they don´t. Nobody does but the person who experiences it. No matter how similar situations can be, the effect on us individually is very different in every way. It seems a simple thing I am telling you. But how many times have we judged others based on THEIR own experiences?
Checking our habits will make space for us to do what we enjoy and be more productive for everyone around.
