Coherence with ourselves is fundamental. To be coherent we have to know who we are, what we are looking for, what we like, where we are going, …; and thus be very clear where we put our centre of attention, in order to manifest what we want with equilibrium.
Also, we feel a sense of security that we are on our chosen path, and whatever may happen, we confront it calmly.
There are many people who find themselves in difficult situations, and in order to resolve them they opt for what seems to them the easiest solution, without thinking they are entering a blind alley: with serious consequences. When we are coherent we do not get into these situations, because before we get near them we feel inside us the direction we should take.
For that reason, it is so important to know ourselves well: mentally, emotionally and physically. We can all do it. We all know it. It’s just a question of asking. Are you coherent with yourself?
