This is a picture taken in the desert. You can see the trunk of a palm tree fixed in a cement base. There are a number alongside the road. The idea is to give the impression that they are palm trees. From this spot one can see a spectacular mirage of a great ocean in the distance. Unfortunately, this is not visible in the photograph.
It is very interesting how nature teaches us. The lessons are always in front of our eyes. Our biggest problem is to believe that our illusory world is our reality. This takes us to separation and consequently to pain.
It is important to observe how our thoughts are creators of our feelings and how these, in turn, are creators of our actions. What we see makes us think, what we think makes us feel, and what we feel makes us act. Are we responsible for what we think?
