Last week I said I would tell you more about Egypt. The problem is, where do I start? How many pages should I write? Those of you who have been there know how impossible it would be to keep it brief – for many reasons: the amount of information, impressions and feelings, how they impact on us the beauty, the history, our interactions with the people and our surroundings and the amazing journey along the Nile. There is enough to write a book, and this is not the right place to do so. I took many photos and I will be posting them when I feel it is appropriate. However, no photos or film can show how it really is or how we feel when we are there. We are all one yet each of us is unique, so we all experience everything from our individual perspective. For me was amazing and unforgettable. I would like to add that I felt really safe there and I also had a wonderful guide.

I don´t know about you, but for me that kind of experience lifts me up to another place where I have space and freedom to explore inwards deeper; and, so far, the results are successful. For some of us, an experience like this can change our habitual patterns. By being mindful we can find signposts all along the journey. These will lead us to where we want to be and what we want to know or do, in order to make a positive difference in our lives.

By being adventurous we can discover a whole lot of new possibilities opening up for us which we could not see before.
