Greetings and good wishes of health.
In my last 9 blogs, going back to the beginning of March, there is quite a lot of work to be getting on with. And, as I was sitting to write this week´s blog, I thought of giving you time to work with those some more.
Those of you who follow me on Facebook will have seen that quite a lot of us are now dedicating five minutes to the planet at 7:15 am every Wednesday, UK time. I know some people in Europe like to match our time because it gives them an hour more sleep. However, you can also use the 7:15 am of your own country. What do you do in those 5 minutes? You wish good things for the planet with your own words, you can silently send love with good intentions, you can pray or meditate. The choice is yours. I know that quite a lot of you are already using the “Our Planet Earth” meditation every day (from my blog on 9th March 2020). You could do that meditation at 7:15am on Wednesdays to have a bigger impact.
I suggest that, if you have it, you go through my book “My Awakening to Myself”. You will find many chapters that relate to what we are going through now. They could be helpful.
I wish you health, love, joy and freedom.
