Greetings and wishes of wellbeing
Being tired is why many things happen to us. When we are tired, we make mistakes. We do not have the energy to be enthusiastic and that creates apathy in our behaviour. We are not sharp because our minds move in slow motion and we stop seeing what is obvious. There is one thing most people do not do, and that is to stop before they reach that extreme level of tiredness and assess the reasons they are in that state. If they do, not many will go on to the most damaging things that make us tired. These are mainly fear, worries, unresolved problems, doubts about oneself and a busy mind. There are more, and all of them consume our good energy leaving us empty and tired.
Being tired reduces our immune system and we do not want that to happen. Checking how we feel frequently and assessing the sources of our tiredness will put us in a situation of taking action by looking around for the tools we have and how best we can use them for the options available.
Are you feeling tired? What makes you feel tired apart from your everyday job? What is in your mind?
Wishing you love and joy, free from fear and tiredness.
