When we look around us we can see the confusion that exists among people in general. What stands out, in my understanding, is the great fear that is felt and that so many carry with them. If a large mass of individuals feel this way, they will create an energy, a kind of fog, that envelops all those who are not aware of their own being, making them believe what it is not. In this unconscious state it is easy for them to follow a wrong path without realising: even believing that what they do is the most appropriate. Here some questions should be asked:
· How do you feel about what is around you?
· Does what you do fit your wellbeing or are you concerned about it?
· Are your actions voluntary or compulsory?
· Have you ever stopped to consider if what you think, feel and resonate with you is in a positive and pleasant way, or an oppressive way?
Doubting is good because it makes you search, go further, and investigate to achieve more clarity and be the owner of your decisions. You will feel the resonance from deep within you. If you do not know yourself, you will follow instructions that come to you from outside. Knowing yourself is essential to be aware.
