Greetings and best wishes for your health.
Have you ever felt fear? Probably. Everyone has in one way or another, because fear shows up in many emotions. My mother used to say, “fear is free”. Meaning, it does not ask permission for coming into us. So, we have to be ready and not allow that to happen. And, if it does, we use our tools to remove it as quickly as possible.
Separation creates fear: isolation, not knowing what is going on, losing our job, not having an income, restrictions, the news, being ill and alone and the list goes on. I would like to refer you to my last blog, where I wrote that we are powerful beings, contrary to what others may want us to believe. The power is within us, but if we feel fear, we are giving our power to those that instil the fear in us, making them more powerful with our own power. You can prove it yourself. Remember a situation when you were afraid. How did you feel? Did you shrink into yourself? Did you feel powerless? Lost? Like you needed help? What did you do? Now, compare it with another fearful situation where you were in control. Were your feelings the same as the previous ones? How did you feel? Were you strong? Happy about solving the problem? These two situations will clarify where your power is.
Knowledge is power. Knowledge opens up the options we may have. Then, we can choose the one that suits us best. I would suggest you ask yourself some questions and do some research away from the media and all the social media messages that you may receive. Use your own initiative. Connect with who you are and see how that feels. If you are true to yourself, you will be guided from within. If you are not, you will be guided from without. You decide.
I wish you all peace, love and free from fear.
