The loneliness we feel because we believe that we are not loved or because we don’t have a partner who transmits love to us in a way which fulfils us – that feeling of loneliness is actually our sense of separation from ourselves. We avoid the reality of what we are feeling and instead blame others for not loving us. We forget that it is we who are not in tune with ourselves; and that separation hurts us. By not taking responsibility for our feelings we become lost, begging love from others, when the source of love is in us.
Let there be light! May we see what we are and what we have. When this happens, we no longer feel the need for anything or anyone; we are complete, satisfied, content, happy.
