I’m continuing last week’s topic.

If we look at people’s smiles we can easily see what kind of person we are talking to. A smile, like the eyes, shows the hidden person each of us has inside us. To see that well and clearly we must be good observers: otherwise it passes us unnoticed and can even fool us into thinking one thing is another.

A smile, as I said in my last blog, is very powerful: much more so than what is normally acknowledged. Yet there are people who know it and use it to their advantage. There are many kinds of smiles, and looking carefully we can see clearly what they mean.

Those of us who are sincere at heart know that if we are sad we cannot smile happily, and vice versa. This would be an easy example to understand. The most complex examples can be seen by observing carefully, and if you are in your centre you will feel the resonance.

Here is the key. Do you listen to this internal resonance or do you ignore it? Many people do not attribute any importance to their intuition and will only later realise that they have sensed something. The smile is a great tool. How do you use it? Can you detect what someone else’s has behind it? How do other people’s smiles make you feel?

You will see that, depending on who the person is and its meaning, you will see it differently. Smiles are powerful tools.
