For many people, time passes so quickly that it feels like the wind. It can be fierce, throwing us off balance, or as gentle as a breeze softly brushing against us, yet both move swiftly. It comes and goes so fast that we are barely aware of its passing. For others, however, time seems to move slowly. When we are waiting for something with hope or uncertainty, the minutes appear to stretch endlessly, and we feel the weight of what has yet to arrive.

Which of these groups do you belong to? What is happening in your life? How are you feeling? Is there joy around you? Are you experiencing positive changes, or are you facing major challenges?

When we consider the brevity of our lives on Earth, is it really worth carrying so much weight? Perhaps this is the moment to reflect on our priorities and choose those that truly bring us closer to feeling more connected, fulfilled and at peace. What do you think? Reflection invites us to pause and consider how we are living. Is it routine? Is it duty, work or pleasure? And what else fills our days? Constantly rushing from one place to another, what does that mean to you? On the other hand, allowing time to pass without doing anything meaningful or worthwhile, anything that inspires us or helps us grow, what does that represent in your life?

When we examine ourselves honestly, life takes on a deeper purpose. So often, we waste time carrying out actions simply out of habit, obligation, duty or belief, without gaining any real benefit from them. If you have not yet found yourself, then keep on looking. Do not let the moment that is available to you today slip away; it may be the very moment you might have always longed to have.

My book, “My Awakening to Myself”, may be of help to you or to someone close to you. It is an easy and accessible read that accompanies you, step by step, along the path of inner awakening until, one day, you discover your wings and soar to new heights. Have faith in yourself and trust that, in the time you need, everything will unfold as it should. Above all, it is important not to waste time, so that you do not end up looking back with regret. Learning to live in harmony with its rhythm will help us grow and evolve.

What are you going to do today with the time you have?

I am the force of life, and so are you.
