Greetings
Tying and untying is soft and accessible to our perception of bindings. It sounds like tying a knot and untying it without feeling pain or discomfort.
I don’t know what you think about tying and untying knots with all the relationships we have in life, even with those we encounter randomly for just a few minutes. I am referring exclusively to our part, without including that of others.
I focus on finding ourselves and starting to ask: who am I? Why did I come to this planet? What are the ties that bind me, squeeze me, and hurt me, or the light and easy ones to bear? Untying does not mean ending. When our shoes pinch because the laces are tight, what do we do? We loosen them and feel good. We don’t get rid of the shoes. Let’s remember that we are energy; everything we feel, think, and do is energy in motion. Knots are stagnant energy, trapped or however you want to call it. They cause pain and discomfort and can even lead us to illness. If we are energy in motion, that energy can be modified by untangling the knots to loosen the tensions.
I am the force of life, and so are you.
