All my posts include a photo that supports and complements the content. Every now and then, I’ve asked a few followers what they think about the photo of a particular post. The responses have never come close to what I wanted to convey with it, but I haven’t commented on it. However, in the last post, I asked a couple of friends, and I was surprised at how far off their answers were, even though they were different from each other. My curiosity led me to ask more readers, and out of all of them, only one person came somewhat close to the interpretation I was looking for.

If you connect the photo to the post, it invites you to reflect and ask yourself questions that guide you inward. Because that’s what it’s all about: going inward, seeing where you stand, and discovering what you need to know about yourself. That introspection can lead you to make changes that intensify, transform, or allow you to enjoy your life with greater self-confidence. In a world saturated with information, it’s easy to get lost in distractions and lose focus of what really matters. If you see the photo as something separate from the post, it will lead you to the outer chaos, where it blends in with the abundance of information, we’re constantly exposed. In this way, the essence of the post’s message gets lost.
This division happens automatically because we’re used to living in fragmentation. We forget something essential: unification. It’s important to remember that we are unity. To discover ourselves, we must look inward. All the answers lie there. Everything becomes simpler when we allow ourselves to go in and search. Dare to do it!

Suggestion: The next time you see a photo in one of my posts, take a moment to observe it in silence and see what sensations or thoughts it awakens in you. This will help you connect more deeply with the message.

I am the force of life and so are you.
