In my last post, I shared how the Law of Attraction responds not just to our words, but to the vibration behind our thoughts and emotions. What we focus on, especially with strong feelings, has the power to shape our experience.
Recently, I was meant to take a trip. But in the days leading up to it, I found myself repeatedly thinking about how difficult it would be. I imagined the discomfort, the challenges, and how I might not enjoy the experience. I didn’t just think these thoughts, I felt them. Looking back now, I realize I was energetically aligned not with the joy of the trip, but with resistance and difficulty.
Then something unexpected happened: I broke my hand. Not only could I no longer travel, but I was now faced with the very challenges I had been anticipating, only in a different form. More limitations, more discomfort, and the need to slow down and take care of myself.
This experience has reminded me just how powerful our thoughts are when they’re paired with emotion. The Law of Attraction doesn’t judge or filter, it simply mirrors our internal state. By going back over my thought patterns, I can clearly see how I created the emotional momentum that ultimately manifested in my reality.
It’s not about blame, it’s about awareness. When we recognize the energetic roots of what shows up in our lives, we reclaim our power to consciously direct our focus towards what we do want, instead of what we fear or resist.
I invite you to pause and reflect: What thoughts have you been repeating lately, especially the ones charged with emotion? Are they aligned with what you want to create, or are they quietly feeding your fears or resistances?
Take a moment today to tune in. Notice your inner dialogue. If you find yourself imagining difficulties, gently shift your focus. Visualise outcomes that feel lighter, freer, and more aligned with the experience you actually want to have.
You don’t have to control every thought, just start with awareness. That alone will begin to shift your vibration.
Remember, your mind is the first place where your reality begins to take form. Be intentional with what you plant there.
